In the photo, Maduro is standing in sweatpants and sweatshirt, but more notably he is wearing some kind of eye mask to blindfold him and heavy-duty earmuffs that block out sound. The Venezuelan leader also has a bottle of water in his hand, from which he ostensibly has been drinking.
